We use this information to provide ChangJam, understand your requests, create reminders, store notes or spending records, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
ChangJam may send your messages to an AI model provider so the bot can understand and respond to your request. We do not use your messages to train our own AI models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show advertising.
Data deletion and export
You can request deletion or export of your data by contacting support@changjam.com. We are also building self-service commands for export and deletion.
