By adding, using, or sending messages to ChangJam, you accept these Terms of Use.
What the service is
ChangJam is a LINE assistant for remembering tasks, important reminders, open to-dos, and daily spending records.
ChangJam is still in development. Some features may change, improve, pause, or be discontinued.
Who provides ChangJam
ChangJam is operated from Thailand. You can contact the operator at hello@changjam.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 20 years old, or use ChangJam with your parent or guardian’s consent.
What you should use ChangJam for
You can use ChangJam to:
- Set reminders
- Record to-dos or projects
- Record daily spending
- Review saved items
- Export or delete your data
- Set spending categories and certain personal preferences
What you should not rely on ChangJam for
Please do not use ChangJam for matters where a missed or incorrect reminder could cause serious harm, such as:
- Emergencies
- Medical decisions or high-risk medication use
- Legal advice
- Finance, investing, or trading decisions
- Safety of life or property
- Anything requiring professional-grade accuracy
ChangJam is a memory aid. It is not a professional advisor and does not guarantee that reminders will never fail.
Accuracy of information
ChangJam tries to understand casual language as well as possible, but an LLM may misinterpret text, set the wrong time, or misunderstand context. You should check important items yourself, especially dates, times, amounts, or information with significant consequences.
Reminders
Reminder delivery depends on several systems, including LINE, the internet, your phone, hosting infrastructure, and ChangJam itself. We do not guarantee that reminders will always arrive on time or always be delivered.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use ChangJam to:
- Break the law
- Harass, deceive, or harm others
- Send information that violates another person’s rights or privacy
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or attack the service with bots or scripts
- Send malware, spam, or harmful content
- Use the service in a way that damages the system or creates unreasonable load
Suspension
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms it, other users, or any third party.
Your data and content
The information you send to ChangJam remains your data.
You allow us to process, store, display, export, delete, and transmit your data as needed for the service to work, such as setting reminders, responding in chat, showing My ChangJam, and processing messages with an LLM.
Our intellectual property
The ChangJam name, logo, and software are owned by the operator. These Terms transfer no intellectual property to you. The content you save remains yours.
Privacy
Your use of ChangJam is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, protect, export, and delete data.
Deleting data and stopping use
You can stop using the service at any time.
You can export or delete your data and account from My ChangJam.
When you delete your account, your main data will be deleted from the production system, except where some information must be kept temporarily for legal, security, or backup lifecycle reasons.
Changes to the service
We may add, reduce, modify, pause, or discontinue features, especially during beta. If a change is important to users, we will try to notify you through the website or LINE.
Fees
ChangJam is currently free during the trial period. Payment terms, packages, or usage limits may be added later. If paid services are introduced, we will clearly show the price, terms, and cancellation method before charging you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ChangJam is provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or damages caused by missed reminders, delays, incorrect interpretation, or service interruption, unless the law requires otherwise.
